So this is me again having another question about photoshop. When I open photoshop, I usually use it for fixing blemishes, flaws and resizing. But even though I already read lots of tutorials regarding vector masks and etc., I really can't finish the photo I started editing because either my computer hangs suddenly or I can't reset the settings. I think that's the reason why i'm a semi-noob at photoshop. So let's get on with my question,. How do you cut a picture from a photo and paste it in a different photo? What i'm talking about is removing a specific part from a picture (e.g: the person in the photo) and put the picture somewhere else...
