going to concerts of your favorite artists are cool because you feel that you could have the chance to see those artists in person. but sometimes, those tickets are expensive for you. will you prefer watching on a concert on a general admission which is far from the stage or would you rather wait for the copy of their concert in dvd?

You cannot compare watching on DVD to being there when they are playing it...

yes but when you are far from them, you can only hear them, not see them :)

Well, it depends on the artist still, if the artist is really my idol and I love his/her songs so much then it is worth spending for. A true music lover will do anything to see the artists he loves live as near as possible. but of course it still depends on the budget that you have but at least the effort is still there.. :) speaking of concerts, I just watched a concert last Saturday, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, and Jojo in one concert! I enjoyed the concert so much and I loved it! There's even a fireworks during the concert!

Hi Laiza, If i will wathc a concert and it will on the general admission, i better not go. I will just wait for it to be placed on video and watch at home. I was lucky enough to watch some concerts of my favorite artists and bands because i was given a sponsor ticket. a friend can't make it to the concert and gave me her ticket. so i occupied the front row. same with the other concerts i watched. it's a complimentary ticket for sponsors.

Well it really depends. If it's my most favorite band I doubt I could miss the concert so I'll go and have fun and will watch the dvd later too to see what it was like front of stage. If the bands on the bill are not so favorite I'll just wait for the video and will be waiting for the next opportunity.
