I have heard that few of the transactions were rejected by Indian banks. paypal payments are not accepted, according to the new act of RBI. Is it true? Did anyone withdraw money from paypal to your bank account in the last 10 days??

What I think the problem is the restriction of sending funds for non-commercial use. same here in japan, starting the first day of April, japan was also restricted from sending funds regardless of the account you have.

Indian banks started allowing transacitons from Paypal. I got my money from Paypal credited to my local ICICI bank in the second week of March. It is working even if we don't update the PAN card number with the Paypal account. Go ahead and withdraw money. I won't achieve payout in this month. I will try hard to see if I can make it next month.

i think if you submit PAN no your transaction is allowed.. all the earning programs i listed in my blog are throughPAYPAL. so if i cant withdraw through paypal. i quit online earning.
