Well,it depends. If I am in a bad mood,I would likely to be angry with this and may qurral with he/she.But if I am in a good mood ,Iguess everything is OK.Actually ,I seldom meet that people and I believe few feople would do that on purpose. So just let it go and say "bad luck".

well, if I am in a bad mood I will definitely have at least a quarrel with that person and if he drives me nuts then I can have a fight too :) yeah, sometimes it is a bad luck, but sometimes it is with a purpose, just to have some fun!

It has happened before to me..and I just retained my temper. I was pretty furious actually but that didn't make me bulge at all because I was concentrating on why the person did that to me..purposely or not. It looked very purposeful like but I took the benefit of the doubt at that time. I wonder too why some people do that actually. If it happens again, I probably would question the person..

It sure wouldn't hurt for them to say sorry once they have bumped onto us. But you are probably right...they are mostly in a hurry to go somewhere to go back home, especially during the different peak hours.

yeah, sometimes we must just try to put ourselves on their place :)

Sweetie, i would turn around and push back or slap that person. To say sorry is not a curse, your tongue won't fall out if you use that word. TATA.

Just to avoid commotion and other bad reaction from each other. I just tend to ignore what happened. And just tell myself hey maybe hes on a hurry, or maybe he just needs to go back as soon as possible thats why he didnt get to see the people around him. The thing is we also dont know whats goin on in the mind of that stranger so just let it be. But hey if the same person did it twice just that day then i will confront him and ask if theres somethin wrong with him! ;)

yeah, we never know what is in their heads, but i think it is right to say at least sorry when they have pushed us that way, because it isn't pleasant at all!

I get the point my friend. But what can we do if we encounter such people like that? we both know its not pleasant at all but some people are just hard headed and dont even care about what we feel. Sorry for them , and good for us because we both know whats right and wrong

Hi phoenix, I did come across such undesirable situations several times. Once, a middle-aged man who pushed me on the busy street gone in a hurry. From his flustered and hurried look I thought, might be he had encountered whatever problem and he needed to work out in time. Therefore he was in a rush and was never aware that he had pushed me by accident and even forgot to ask for forgiveness. I think sometime we might have the same situation as well. Therefore I never keep this in mind that the guy never said sorry to me then, actually he should. It's nice for us to say sorry whenever we have done something impolite to others even if the person is a stranger. Happy posting

yes, i agree with you- sometimes people are really in a hurry and we can see it in the way they look and then we must understand them and not get angry on them!

My first reaction will be "well it happens". At most I'll have a bad mood thereafter. But dealing with them.... nah! They are not worth it.

well, maybe you are really right about that they don't worth to deal with, and that it happens, because sometimes it happens to us too!

If I wasn't hurt or anything, I'd just glare at them and mutter under my breath probably. If I was hurt, I'd scream...

Hey phoenix! I hate rude people who do that and don't apologize! It depends on how hard the hit into me and what kind of mood I'm in how I react! Sometimes I will just mutter something or sometimes just give them a dirty look or sometimes I will tell them off! I don't like people to get away with being totally rude and thinking that it's ok to do so!

well, I also mutter something the most of the time when that happens, but sometimes I just want to give that person a nice punch, because i hate when people behave like an wild animals!

i think it depends on the person's personality. may be there is an argument. if he does this multiple time then it could be a fight even between us. but if i cant then i could ask to the concerned authority also. but i think i will go with the first option

I don't think this has ever happened to me yet. If someone pushed me, I would fall down. I fall very easily. I don't think I'd say or do anything I would probably get mad, but just figure they didn't realize what they were doing or something like that.

I wouldn't say anything and just walk away. If I wouldn't have any chances of running away, then I would attack him though.... If it's a she, then I just walk away...

Hi, i have not faced anyone who hit me and dont say sorry. But i have a real story here. One day i went to a book shop for a megazine. There SDPO (sub divisional police officer) was in civil dress and unconsciously i hit him slightly. He then became aggresive and began to threatened me saying that he is a SDPO. I already had said him sorry for several times yet he was barking exposing his position. He didnt know that i am in a higher position than him. So when his barkings seemed not to stop, then i politely answered " arrest me if i have broken any rull. ". Atlast he asked me who am i? But again i politely responded " i am a citizen of india". And rest is going to tell u later. Perhaps u have guessed it. Hahaha

well, this story is something usual in many countries I guess because policemen think that they are something like God and they can do what they want. it is really bad what has happened to you, because things like this aren't pleasant and are embarrassing sometimes too. You have done it the right way I think to tell him sorry and then try to put him on the right place
