Do you get enough sleep?

Lately, I don't think I got enough sleep. Because I usually work late at night, and I just neglect how important to have abundant of night sleep. I yawning a lot in the morning, because I should have at least 8 hours minimum of sleep. My eyes fill with black circle, and I just sometimes skip my lunch, and take a nap in the storage room. Now, I learn the lesson of having enough sleep is a way to good health.

Yeah, I read something, somewhere, sometime that since the invention of the light bulb, people have slept on average 1 to 2 hours less each night. That's across the board. Used to be, when the sun went down, people followed pretty soon after. Now we can stay up all night geeking out on our computers and t.v.s! I wonder if in the distant future if we'll sleep at all.

actually i don't ... i sleep about 5 mins. before midnight and wake up at 4-5:45 in the morning ... i don't know why but every time i feel like going to sleep early, i can't!! i end up sleeping at the same time and doing the same routine.. ....

Apart from the sleeping time, I think the sleeping quality is very important the same as the time. I go to bed punctually at 11:00pm and get up at 7:00am. Sleeping time is even longer than 8 hours, but I still keep yawning in the next morning. I think my sleeping quality is not good that I always feel sleepy in the next day. I would clearly remember the dream I made last night. The sleepiness is even stronger while I make the horrible dream. Professor advised that I am in the superficial sleeping only.

hello mylot friend! yes i think i get enough sleep. i love sleeping, i usually sleep 10-12 hours a night, sometimes even longer. if my sleeping hours are less than 10 i feel very sleepy in the morning. thank you or your intereting discussion!

Im trying as much as i can to get some sleep but sometimes its just so hard to do. Like i have alot of stuff to finish at my job, then i have my family to tend to, or any friend that needs something. Well i still get to sleep sometime but not that usual 8 hours needed per day, hey if you ask me i still think im lucky because i still have something to be busy about ;)

It's not so much I don't get enough sleep, it's more like I can't sleep most of the time and I oversleep because of it. It's probably very unhealthy to do so but at least I try to keep myself busy during the times where I can't sleep. Better to do something productive than to just zone out, ya know?

I never get enough sleep unfortunately. Being a college student means late nights or all-nighters either studying or meeting the deadline for an assignment. There have been times where I just pass out against my will in the middle of class the next morning! I'd say on average I get around 5-6 hours of sleep a night, which is way below the suggested amount. Thank god for spring break!

Yes i get enough sleep .. I think 7-8 hours sleep is sufficient for a person.. so i take it.. regularly.. but many peoples don't take sufficient sleep.. because of due to pressure of works.. and it is not good for healths.. i think.. every persons.. should take atleast 7 hours sleep everyday.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

As far as I am concerned, I think I do not have enough sleep for me. I usually sleep for 6 or a little more sleep in a day,which I think it is not so enough for me to have a rest.So I usually some tired in my daily work. But I still keep me in a positive attitude towards life,which makes full of energy..have a nice day.

I did not get enough sleep these days ,because there are so many trouble during these days.I am now in a long business trip,I have to face a new condition,to face strange people,I am so tired .I have to do something I don't like to.Maybe my friends think that I am a coward,yes ,I am.But I should lead a life.I should survive.What I met these days badly influence my sleep.I often wake up from mid-night.I think more and more,I can not sleep again,so I listen to the soft music to fall asleep. Fresh out of school,young,and inexperienced ,sensitive,I feel it is so hard for me to adapt the society.I am lack of sleep.I often feel sleepy the next day.I think I should find a good friend to help me.Maybe I will find a psychologist.

I dont get enough sleep too. I really want one so bad coz thats what i really needed. But since i work at night and i sleep in day its hard for my body to adjust, though ive been working at night for a long time now. I tried taking sleeping pills but it doesnt work for me. How i wish to have a complete sleep so there wont be no dark circle on my eyes then.
