I have purchased rentals for the first time and I am not sure if I want to continue in the next month. May be I will just go back to 4 clicks a day. Once we buy rentals does it mean we have to keep on extending them?

No it does not. But I THINK there is small fee if you let someone expire. Not 100% sure about it though.

either let them expire or renew for 30 or 60 or 90 days

I just became an upgraded member not to long ago, and I keep renting them as I only have 2 direct referrals and I certainly can't make anything with those. My rented referrals aren't all that many either. I hesitated even upgrading because of the referral situation, but I thought I would try it anyway, and see how it goes. I only have to reach $5 payout, and I have over $4 right now, and if I rent some more then I will have to wait until I get that close again. I am considering it though as I just need all the referrals I can get, especially direct ones, but to no avail. I will more than likely end up doing it all myself in time anyway. There is jsut no guarantee that referrals will be active, as that is the chance we take. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
