how do you deal with all of your get paid to emails?

Get paid to drives alot of spam type messages. How in the world do you keep up with all of your spam messages? I am getting drowned in them. Have a great day!

My filters catch most. And if I choose to enter "spam" country...it is my choice. But, I don't mind some of the ones that get through...the 2 cent ones add up nicely the ones for less I usually pass on...unless I have a lot of free time...and I never have that much free time
