Is there any way I can do to change my country settings in Paypal?

Paypal sending money services is now restricted in Japan. users cannot send funds anymore for non-commercial use regardless of being a personal, premium or business account holder. Ive been using paypal to send allowances for my sisters and Ive found it great. Now that it is restricted, thoughts came accross my mind. Is it possible for me to change the country setting of my paypal account so that I can continue sending money?

paypal only block the personal payments u can send money with option like goods, services but a transaction fee is taken

Yes personal payments are restricted no matter what account you are holding, whether it be premium or business, you cant send any payments. Too bad.

Yes it is pssible, Send them a support ticket. If you meet thier creiteria, they will help you.

No it isn't. Providing false details to PayPal is illegal.

Hi engrdng, I do not think it is possible. If I am not mistaken, paypal can detect our location base on our IP address.
