As much as possible you have to stay away from allergens or anything that could trigger your asthma. Advisable to bring with you always your medicine but if it is not available, a paper bag can help you. You just need to breathe in and out inside the paper bag until you feel better. A good rest can also help you but as much as possible again, avoid straining or getting yourself tired.

She had been several time to treat her illnes with the doctor's care but didn't recover. after all she tried regularly exercise such as Jogging and swimming to do jogging in the morning when the air is still really cool. perform 15 minutes for the first time doing this Jogging exercise. hi Jenny, It is unfortunate that you father suffered from asthma, it is really a hell and no one can not predict who will get it and there is no exact reason. Yes you are definetely very luck to save from that horrible experience. One of my best friend have it and one day it was so severe that we couldnt stop her from falling off the bed as she was breathless and was suffocated..We have to immediately call for emergency which as really a nighmare for me as i have face a Asthma patient for the first time. I can only say that prevention is better than cure. However this does not apply to Asthma as it is a allegy but if you already have it prevent from getting asthma attack..Hope this information can help you to know more details. http://www.boddunan.com/health-a-fitness/66-diseases/14819-astma.html Have a nice day..Happy mylotting

There is a long list that trigger the occurrence of asthma. Whether in the mountains or at sea, at home or on the road, always there arrival triggers asthma. People always look for these triggers and avoid them so that no recurrence of asthma. From the side medical world there has been no medicine that can cure this disease until cured

My father also has asthma and 2 of my siblings including me have it. My father's mother also has asthma so we definitely got it from our inheritance. I was able to overcome my asthma when I was in college and so did my brother. My older sister is still suffering from it until now. Her situation is worse than all of us. She needs to have her medicine all the time. There's just one thing that we do when we have attacks and there's no medicine around, she lies down and elevate her trunk with a pillow. Its a temporary relief.
