How PTCs treat the advertisers?

are customers the kings? For a PTC site,who is a customer ? The Advertisers or the Premium members? If Advertisers are back bone of a successful PTC site,do the PTC owners treat the advertisers well? The money PTCs getting from upgrading memberships and referral rentals is higher than any other income ? Is advertising revenue negligible in comparison? I am asking these questions as I do not know much about the business. The way the PTCs treat the advertisers is strange in most cases. The best rated PTC site show me daily 4 ads.At least for last one month I am viewing the same ad everyday.When such a popular site is getting hundreds or thousands of ads daily why they are showing same ads everyday? If someone show us an ad everyday , do we get attracted or get bored? Anyone paying the site for marketing their product like to show the ad everyday to few selected customers or they like to reach maximum number of customers?It looks strange to me.I am curious to know the business sense behind t his strategy!
