Why do people say Bioshock 2 is a bad game?

Cause in my opinion its just as good as the first. I checked ign about it and the creators of ign kept going on how it doesnt make any sense. Like how you the big daddy can be taken down by splicers easily. But for every reason they say theirs an explanation for. what do you think?
