my computer is unable to copy paste. please hellp me

yesterday i used a usb drive to copy some data and my antivirus showed a virus. but i deleted that successfully. but now it is not able to copy paste any file in the computer or any other device. please tell me how to resolve this

The shdoclc.dll file has been damaged. Download and paste it to your C:\windows\system32 directory.

It sounds to me that you didn't entirely get the virus removed from your computer, or else whatever was manifested on the USB storage device has found its way onto your computer. So, the first thing that I would do would be to disconnect my computer from the internet and run a full virus scan. Then, once you've found the offender, delete it from your system. Then, continue to run scans until your scan comes back completely clean. I hope this helps you.

I think your computer may affected by any dangerous virus.. which can do any file corrupted.. on your system.. i think.. you can reinstall your window again.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

simple.. try downloading file data recovery software from internet. lots of them around like for example stellar phoenix FAT data recovery.

the problem is maybe you didn't tried to know what kind of virus you have. Try to use system tools for recovering from older time. or update that in the internet for your os recovery. You can repair also that by using your os software cd.
