When the west was being won, many great heroes and legends were born. Some were reckless. Some were dangerous and yet others were romantic figures of history. If you could go back to the timws of the Old West, what legendary figure would you like to be and why?

Do not know what the legendary Wild West figure I would have liked to be but I love reading books about Wild West, and especially Karl May.
With how much pleasure I read Winnetou!
He delighted many evenings, when I escape into my quiet corner and watched his eyes that do not want rows over, and my rich imagination I discovered a strange and wonderful world in which I did not want to get out and only the mother's voice, which horizon light lamps, warn me worried, "is almost morning!"
Disgruntled, leave it on the Nso-ci to live his hidden love for Old, the Inciu-Ciuna, to organize the friendly relations with another quiet tribe and not say, the more regret, the young captain, with an image of noble Roman, to investigate traces of scabies.
I reread it and I have lived with the same joy intense adventures with Iron Fist, the press, which, at that age, I had a real passion.
I remember, no regrets, that impressed me so much that when I decided to author a "kill" the hero, I cried. Look, I am surprised now, with wonder, as I go thrill reminders.
Yes, I cried for a long time and I was sad.
Hm, childhood ....
Frankly, I'm glad that at that time, I had a non-stop on TV, because I would not have discovered so many wonderful books in the world.
I know it was a museum in Germany dedicated to Karl May, where they were exposed to two kids: one with silver and other targets with "many shots"
true?
if yes, maybe ever, in my wanderings in the memory of days with a world enriched by the story, I manage to visit him.

Thank you for responding. it is clear to see that you have a passion for the historic figures of the Old West. it truly was a different time and place in the Old West. So much can be learned by the heroes we have left behind there.
