Can you put flaxseeds in anything?

It was suggested to me to sprinle some flaxseeds onmy cereal. But which cereal? Just oatmeal or also on my alphabits? Can I add them to french toast or something alike? Any suggestions on incorporating them into my meals?

I usually put Flaxseed in my oatmeal and have bought a flaxseed cereal. It is also a good substitute for eggs. Yes you can put it in french toast. I have put it in pancakes too. I usually grind it in my coffee grinder because if you eat it whole it just goes right through you. You can put it in most baked goods too.
