Using Entrecard to get traffic

Entrecard is a network for bloggers. It helps to bring traffic to blogs and is useful for new bloggers who are just starting their blogs. You need to visit other EC blogs and "drop" your card on their blogs. In return, they will visit back your blog. So, not a bad idea for new blogger. BUT, from my experience, this increases the bounce rate of the blog. People just visit your blog to drop their card, thats it. Unless you have a very interesting post, they wont bother to read any post. So, what do you think about this???? Any Entrecard users here???
