Was it just my dream?

Have you ever experienced that the happening thing seems like it has happened before?Sometimes when I was in the middle of something a sudden thought just struck me-'i have been there'.You know the entire scene was so familiar to me. Though the feeling just lasted several seconds ,it was so real!I was wondering whether it had happened in my dream before or not.Some of my friends also had that feeling before.I

To me it sounds like maybe you had an occurence of Deja Vu. Which is basically the feeling that you have said, felt, or done something before that you may not have. It's a trick of the mind. Sometimes it can occur because of stress I believe but am not sure. It's definitely an interesting thing, I've had deja vu many times before.

yes,i've experienced like that before.it's like when i go places,something strike me,then i remembered having that place in my dream before.though i really can't remember what happened in my dream but i really remembered the same place.it was really the same place.sometimes i wonder why did i get to dream like that?what does the place mean to me?it feels strange/weird at times when i'm thinking of it.i really want to figure out sometimes why i did have a dream of a cretain place that's nothing to do with my life.it's just so weird kind of thing.

I am glad that you would like to share your experience and thoughts.I also find that my female friends are more likely to have the experience of deja vu than my male friends.And there are still some people who have not experienced that before.So maybe having a weird experience in life is something interesting.
