Royal Challengers Bangalore lost the match before they started out against Delhi Dare Devils! Unsound team combinations, batsman heavy line up, not having disciplined bowling attack, awful batting line up, and lack of sound strategy were the reasons for their loss. They always depended on some batsmen to fire and others to just play like in an ODI. And that is their biggest weakness! Kallis and KP took the score to 56/1 after 10 overs! Did they seriously believed that they can score 135 runs from 60 balls? It might be possible once but not always. They are paying the price for trying to include NEW PLAYERS instead of those who were in the winning combination and the only combination that has defeated Mumbai Indians in IPL3. If they go like this, no doubt that they might be out of Semi finals. What you think? Share your opinions! Happy Mylotting!

the three changes they made did the most difference.first pandey who did an exceptional job with kallis was out thereby breaking a splendid opening start. then no dale steyn to bang the ball or praveen to slow down the pace. when you mess up with your opening batting and opening bowling attack,it wont work for you.

You are right, there was no need to do such things. They have to keep Steyn in and KP or white out. And they cannot rely on inexperienced bowling attack. They need to work on bowling as they cannot chase down 180+ every time! Happy Mylotting!

Some times best of strategies get back fired. Anil Kumble is a man with lot of thinking brains. If he has come up with a strategy there has to be a specific reason for it. Remember in the last IPL 2 how he fooled Gilgrist by coming to bowl the first over and taking his wicket. Every one has a off day. Yesterday it was their off day.

Hi Meapas! Welcome back! After a long time you are active on MyLot. Well, strategies okay, but so many changes can only unsettle the team and no one will be having clarity of what is expected of him. The problem is they have good batting line up so openers should play aggressively. Happy Mylotting!
