Sushi is delicious but no longer healthy?? Could in fact be deadly...

According to many studies, much of the open waters, in other words where fish can be found have been poisoned by decades of pollution. The fish nowadays are pumped full of mercury and overeating any type of seafood can lead to mercury poisoning which causes hair and memory loss among other symptoms. I love sushi but the movie The Cove displays dolphins being slaughtered and disappearing. I guess I am a bit hypocritical because despite this post I will still eat sushi whenever I want to. As a note to everyone, the bigger the sushi the more poison it contains, like tuna and swordfish.

That's fine. Not everyone has to like sushi. There are actually some types of sushi that are cooked. There are tempura rolls that are cooked or simply imitation crab. Sushi is not for everyone and one can even get sick from eating too much raw sushi at one time.
