Does anyone find it weird that a dentist will try to talk to you while your mouth is openm and they're doing work? Do you have teh ability to communicate properly while your mouth is wide open in that fashion?
Im always afraid I'll bite the persona nd jolt them while they have one of those moptorized moving tools in my mouth. And when they ask you questiosn as they sick that needle or drill in your mouth, Im like WTF!? lol, y do they do this? I can understand some small talk but this si ridikulous.
If you were a dentist, what would you do?

Yes I find that really annoying and makes me nervous, it also makes me nervous when they chit chat with the assitants, I mean you have a sharp instrument in my mouth, going to the dentist already just puts me on edge, then when I feel that they are not paying one hundred percent attention to what they are doing in my mouth, it makes me extra stressed. Because not only am I having to deal with my anxiety, I also now have their convo floating around in my head, I hate it because it is almost too much for me to handle....so I find it all just rude.
