people who litter outside the car window

you know, I just saw this kind of people here in the Philippines or maybe in other country too. I've been in japan and you know what? It's very clean! The garbage system is very well organize! It's just they have discipline and government have disciplinary actions to those who disobey the rules in garbage! We should have that kind of rules, to protect our environment...

Yeah right, these people are really irresponsible, no manners, no concern for the environment and the general welfare of the people. I have seen and witness people who do that and ironically they throw the trash outside the window when passing by a street sign that says dispose garbage properly. Just plain irresponsible.

They think otherwise. They think that - there will be less work for them to do. Omce the litter is on the eroad it is the government's responsibility. - their car will be cleaner. - people like us are making mountains out of mole hills. - they are smart because so far they have not been caught red handed by the appropriate authorities. Maybe it is a good idea to dump rubbish collected on the highways into their homes.

Its just plain laziness is what it is. I mean, really, its not like it is radioactive waste that you have to get rid of immediately. It is just garbage. I mean, you can keep it in your car. I mean how long is it going to take to get to where you are going? Five minutes, maybe ten minutes, surely there is somewhere where you can stop where there is a garbage can. Or, my favorite one, the people who throw garbage in their ditch right when they arrive home. Yeah, that ten or fifteen extra steps to make your way to the garbage can is really something that can take a lot of you. I really do not know how you manage. Its not really that hard. In the time I have taken to hit the post response button, it will only take you slightly more to find the garbage can.

I think it's unmannerly.It's good to throw your garbage on the garbage bag. Try to be clean.
