Criminal Case charged against Shoib Malik......

Shoib Malik has been charged criminal case by Indian police .
And he will not be able to fly back to pakistan as per Indian Emigration Act and pakistan has announced all legal support for him in this issue.
And pak has asked the FIR & details of the case charged against him.
Do you think India should give the details and do you think that pak is having more consious on this issue.
pak was not ready to take any action even though india gave all detais of mumbai attack but now when its a issue with their cricketer they wake up.
is it fair??

saniya is celebrity and so is shoaib
only ayesha is unknown, so she is doing all this for coming in the highlight of media and publicity, to get fame

I would not like to link this to the Mumbai attacks as that issue is totally different from this one.
Pakistan has announced legal aid because Shoiab malik is Pakistani Citizen but Kasab was not accepted by Pakistan as its citizen and only after lot of proofs not only from India but also from Pakistan media they accepted that Kasab was their citizen.
Shoiab marrying Sania does make Pakistan proud so that is why all these help that is what I understand but my main concern is that lady Ayesha who is being denied her right and the criminal charges should be imposed on him.

ya surely, if shoiab is a victim he should be punished
what i tried to point out was, pak was not ready to take any legal action on a case where we produced solid proofs.
the mumbai attack took away many lifes too pak took that case in a silly manner,they didnt gave the importance which they gave to this shoiab case.
