My friend gets a a message to the effect : "that you could be earning rewards for what you already are earning and it takes you to the earning page and wants you to sign up. But she is already singed up. Is there something that she needs to do to get it to work properly or is it a glitch? I searched the site but could not get the info on this. Where do I Look for her have her look? Thanks for any help..

MyLot tell us to clear our cookies and temp files when this message appears and all will be well afterwards. Please tell your friend this and let us know what happens afterwards.

This is the correct solution. You may also have to close your browser windows and restart the browser. newtalent, does your friend know how to clear the cookies?

Thankyou everyone. I'm the friend she was asking for... my meds have kicked in & I have a hard time on the computer... Anyway, I did clear the cookies & temp files & now I'm not getting the popup screen anymore. Thank you everyone for your help. Hopefully that is the answer & I will begin getting some reward $$ for my use of the search engine. So far, I haven't.

ok...this is a funky sort of glitch. Here's how to fix it. When you get to the results page of the search...in the upper right hand corner, it most likely has an icon that says Log in". ye, I know you are logged in to mylot, but for somereason you have to log in on that page to. So go to the results page and log in through the link in the corner...dont ever log out of it. That should fix the problem.

While this may appear to fix the problem, it most likely won't. If you aren't logged in when you perform the search then you've already missed the reward opportunity. Logging in on the results page won't fix that because it's already too late. The goal is to log in and remain logged in and the only way we've been able to fix this is to make sure the cookie is stored correctly. See the response at #3 below.
