Grocering, do you?

How many times a week do you go for grocering? Normally, I will go twice to replenish my stock.

I shop when i have to. But once a month i go to Costco which is a warehouse type store. I can stock up about a months worth of stuff then i only need to go to the local store only for things like milk and bread
