I feel pain in my thigh while i run away or playing any outdoor games..

Hey friends i have a problem with my healths.. because when i run away fast for sometimes.. then i feel quick pain in my thigh.. or when i played any outdoor games like Cricket then i feel pain in my thigh... i feel this pain last 15 days.. before 15 days when i started to playing cricket with my friends..after that i feel pain my whole joints.. because of stretching of nerves .. but after 3-4 days regular plays the pain was finish.. but i feel pain in my thigh regular from 15 days.. and now it is very quick pain.. and i don't ran away when the pain are started.. on my thigh.... so friends please help me.. this problems of stretching of nerves .. or problems with my bones.. please help me.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

You should consult a doctor. He will prescribed a pain reliever to ease the pain. And he will advise you to take some vitamins for muscle strength. And other food that will give you body strength and endurance.

I having same problem my friend...but doesn't remain long.. After long gap when i play cricket..start paining in my body parts..and it is very difficult me to walk...but playing 1 weeks reqularly..there is no pain after wards... I think this problem was happen with me only..but i got a friend who is also suffering from same problem as i..but there is my friend who doesn't facing such problem..i don't know why it so...Might be there is lack of some nutrients in our body..

your bone pains or your muscle pains? try resting for a few days and don't do active sports.if this doesn't work ,i recommend going to see the doctor.i hope you'll be well soon. :)

Yes i feel muscle pains .. and now i get rest for 3 days.. but when i again play then pain again started.. then now i think.. i should consult with a doctor.. anyways thanks for the response..
