legalizing marijuana in california

i was on hightimes.com a few days ago and i read that the regulate, control, and tax cannabis act of 2010 is expected to officially qualify for the california state ballot this november. i think that this a huge step in legalizing marijuana entirely in the u.s. i have been an avid pot smoker for some years and i dont find anything wrong with doing what i do. i feel that legalizing marijuana will have huge benefits for people that dont even use marijuana. the thing that sucks for me is i am no longer a resident of california but i urge california residents to vote to legalize marijuana!!!!
