is there a place were i can get my laptop checked out for free?

it still woun't turn on i live in tucson any were for free or i can ask quetions online for free?

remove the battery on the backside of your laptop, after 3-5 minutes put it back on, plug the charger wait for 1 minute then switch it ON. i will wait for your response.
