Can you insist on do exersice for at least half an hour everyday?

It does good to health if keeping exersice for half an hour everyday. It is effective right after you just sweat and then you can take a shower. As we all know, doing exersice everyday may help to clean internal mess and release superfluous energy. It may also let us feel tired and then get into sleep quickly. Although we can find so many benifits, most of us fail to keep it because of lazy, isn't it? We always find excuse and persuade ourselves to stop doing it for even one day, but these excuse are just the source of being much lazier and undoubtedly, we will also not doing exersice for the next day. Perhaps we really have to find some way to prompt us to do it and keep on it!

i used to go to the gym before but i just got tired due to my work as i dont have time anymore. before i got pregnant i used to have a 15 minutes exercise in the morning to tone up my body but i stop when i found out that im pregnant though i wonder why i did not got miscarriage coz i still doing exercise those month that i didnt know im already pregnant.

I think it's not good to over exercise if you are pregnant but anyway it is good to have some exercise with pregnant women. It is a healthy way to release cholesterol and preparing the child to birth. There is some exercise in pregnant women.

oh,as i know,the first three month and the last three month are the most dangerous period for a pregnant woman,i don't think some drastic execise is good for you!and i think you can take some Yoga just for pregnant woman and this would be very good for your healthy and your baby!

Exercise is fun... I used to exercise everyday. Just half an hour. For me, aerobics videos from youtube are the good start. If the weather is not too cold, i prefer to go ut for jogging about an hour or less. Make it habit. That's fun!!!

Hi dear enix! It is really true that laziness sometimes can lead us to not exercise our body. I am one of it though I am much more like to sleep than having an exercises. Ohg sounds jokes but it is really true . I'm thinking that I am already thin and not oblige to take exercise or warm up. But I guess I was wrong for it is really a need to each person to have a heallthy lifestyle and condition. If such in case there's a group could persuade me to have some work outs and gym I will be glad to have it. Its really fun and enjoying having a peers of doing it. In my own too lazy for it I just walk it in 30 minutes to where I go so thats my sweats and fats could also burn out after it. I'm not sure if its really exact if in such a manner of doing it as a substitute of gym. I wish I have the will to do this thing in life specially this summer season here in our country.

well true even if we do exercise half hour daily we are fit enough to carry our daily activities fresh!but i never do it seriously even for half an hour!!bit lazy

Its really a good point to at least have exercise even for half an hour. I was so lucky because our company purchase a treadmill. So we have time to get exercise if its our vacant time we could just easily go there and start jogging or walking. That's one of our benefit. So we never had an excuse to let it pass by. Because its in one corner and you are not doing anything.

I would love to but i always fail.i kept in doing Yoga for three times a week the whole last year,but now because of my work,i must have to give up it,so i still can't insist do eversice for at least half an hour,although i know this is very good for my body.actually i love sports,i love sweating,that make me feel so good,and can help me to get asleep easily! but i know the real reason is not my work, as you said,it is cause i become lazy,actually even if i can insist in doing Yoga,i still can have many other ways to go on exersice,but i don't try,that's all because i am lazy now!So i get fatter and fatter!Maybe it's the time for me to do something now!i should prompt myself to do exersice as much as i can,and do my best to insist!if i can't insist the promise that i make for myself,what else i can insist?

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I think I usually do exercise everyday in th emorning when I just get up from bed,when I think is the most enjoyable time to have an exercise,which can help me build a more strong body and relax me a lot. Have a nice day.

I heard many many people telling this but wonder how many of them follow.Only a few I feel. This is my personal message. The present style of life is so busy that many have less time to get themselves in doing exercise. This is very bad but we cannot comment on this .It is all an individuals taste as to how he is maintaining his/her health. With me - I do dedicate at least half an hour to make by body parts work to gain more flexibility. I do Yoga regularly and am proud to say that I am healthy.

i have insisted on practicing everyday but it just last around 2 to 3 week after i forget about continue my plan i know if we can practice everyday is very good for our health but it is not easy at all , when i have many things to do and do not have much time and when i finish i almost get exhausted .

I do lots of exercise with kids :) well some really work but honestly just walking to the park with them...play hide & seek...run around the house and also a 15mins ride on my stationary bike everyday... Feels good!

Hi, Enix. Undoubtedly, Keeping exercise everday is good for both our physical and mental health. However, as you said that it is not easy to hold it because of laziness sometimes. Fortunately, I have been keeping a habit of doing exercise everyday for nearly a month though the motivation is out of a mind to lose my weight. Everyday, I don't take any public transport but have a total 40-minutes walk to my workplace and I never take elevator but climb a 13-floors stairs. It is truly tired but I feel good. I hope I can hold on it. Happy mylotting!

:D :D :D you're absolutely right the first thing is to train your mind not to dive up to the laziness it's 99% laziness that finds all the excuses i'm doing everyday home exercises every day for few years and although i know i'll feel so much better after that, it takes efforts almost every time to convince myself to start and to go to the end

I agree with you in certain points: exercise is good for the health, it promotes sleep, it cleans our body, people eventually become lazy, motivation helps. I disagree with you with this point: efficiency after sweat then shower after. Exercise is NOT efficient right before shower. The reason behind this is because: our muscles get stressed during exercise. Muscles that are stressed and all of a sudden get wet, makes your muscles feel solid all suddenly weak. A person should of course COOLDOWN after the exercise. After the cool down, one should wait at least 10mins for the heart to stabilize breathing and pumping of blood ( I suggest you just perspire with the aircon + fans off while doing something that doesn't strain any muscle). After this 10min break, it is ok to take a bath after.
