I have this problem for awhile now. I called my internet provider and he says all it alright by them, but I get my connection falling out all the time and I gotta pull usb cable out and plug it again if I want my connection to work. I don't know what else to do, so I hope someone here will help me. here's a pic of two connections and I don't know why first one is there and if it's causing my internet falling out all the time? http://bit.ly/bxR9mi

Have you tried disabling the first connection? Have you tried using a different USB port? Have you tried restoring your system to a point where there was no problem? IF you are using a network cable there is also the possibility that there is some damage to it, usually at the connector point. This also applies to a USB cable To eliminate this point try using a cable which has no problem related to it.

I did try the other usb ports..same thing... I did disable the first connection to and no change. I didn't restore, but I reinstalled windows today and problem persists. I don't think there's a damage to a newtowrk cable as it was just replaced a week ago because of the damage at the connector point, but this was done by my cats pulling it sometimes, so it all feel on the floor and cables streched. I did try something else now. I enabled some things in my kaspersky, windows firewall and modified some setting in utorrent and so far the connection is working for an hour now which is a miracle compared to before when I got connection timing out every 5-10min. I hope I fixed the problem, or if it returns I guess I'm just gonna have to call my ISP provider?
