I could share my version of the recipe here, but it's just hard to write everything in words (umm, yeah, LoL). And I'm not very specific with the measurements of the ingredients, I just know how much to put in by "guessing" correctly. I make estimates and the recipe still turns out good (according to my tastes, that is). But let me just give you the idea of the stuff I use: ground lean beef (fresh from the supermarket), tomato paste, a little water, canned tomatoes (diced), ground pepper, salt, garlic, and olive oil, and a little ketchup in case the tomato paste is not enough.

hmmm yummy!! wow i haven't tried cooking anything with beef on it.. but im sure that would make any pasta taste good (the beef itself is rich in flavor).. so tomato paste and canned tomatoes are two of the main ingredients.. hmmm this is challenging LOL tnx quiming!

Hi negosyo03 I think your from Philippines. he he he ! Anyways, i experience cooking spaghetti 2 times with my mother. For me, i love spaghetti when you put a corned beef together with Tender Juicy Hotdogs. It is very delicious i LOVE IT !. he he he ! Pastas must be cook very well so it is easy to chew. Butter also must be included as a oil. I love also a spaghetti sauce with a very grinned meat so that it will be suitable for many people. Huns tomato sauce is much suggested

My spaghetti sauce is very simple but the big difference in taste comes from using olive oil. Whatever is available in the fridge is good for my sauce. Some leftover spam cut into small cubes, hotdogs, sweet ham... then Del Monte Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce, onions, pepper to taste. I saute the onion using olive oil then I add up the meat ingredients. When they are already cooked, I pour in the Del Monte Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce and put water on the package just to rinse off some of the sauce left. I let it simmer over low heat, put a dash of pepper. If you like the sweet type, you could put sugar according to your taste. If you have a McCormick Italian Seasoning, this will also enhance the flavor. And then lots of grated cheese on top before serving will do the trick.
