I ONCE SAW A FLYING OBJECT IN the sky. It was something like, a red burning flying object at night back in 1998. We was it with a friend of mine, when we were leaving class at 8.30 pm in a boarding school in machakos, Kenya. We witnessed the two of us. Can anyone out there probably gone through, what the two of us have witnessed. The object seemed to hover around, Like conducting a survey or something, then it vanished.

I think i know but it depends. Were you guys taking some medications or something? It could cause hallucinations.

A recent TV documentary said 11 tons A DAY of debris from outer space comes hurtling through our atmosphere. The soil is covered with iron fragments from meteorites that reached touch-down. Some of these are big enough to take out a house. Not to mention all the junk from space-age satellites. They all come back eventually. UFOs are real alright - but they generally have a down-to-earth explanation. With Gra-Vi-Ty, you don't need UFOlogy!

Sure there is. Doesn't mean there are aliens involved though. If you see something in the sky that you and the people around you can't explain, it's an Unidentified Flying Object. :)

My husbnd's mum had a close encounter once - with ball lightning. That, too, was a flaming sphere which seemed to hover. In fact, it was attracted to her - it started high up, then floated down, along the window sill. Then it went bang, and set the curtains on fire. I wonder if phenomena like this can account for a lot of what we see? Plasma energy comes dangerously close to the boundary between conventional and quantum physics - where NOTHING is as it seems.

That is one thing i definitely wish to see someday. A flying object. The best i've ever seen is a shooting star!
