What sources one should have of a fixed income???

I receive a fixed income every month and it comes from tenants, as I am a landlord. I only have one duplex, but the tenants do like the area and are staying so I alwasy have that money coming in. Just from the rental, I receive $1475.00 which isn't really a lot these days, as it costs so much more to live on. I also receive Slocial Security of $553.00 a month which just started last month. I only do things online to earn a little extra, and it all adds up over time. Things are better for me now since I have eliminated some bills. It does feel good to not to have to pay a mortgage and have my credit cards paid off, so now I can save much better than I could before. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

i would still suggest that an investment in a business with others is a good source of fixed income. some businesses are looking for fresh funds because the banks have tightened their credit window for businesses. so it is time that investors take a look at this opportunity. but be careful because some businesses are not a good endeavor in the first place. try to know the management first before investing. goodluck.

One can have the following as regular income sources: 1)ULIPS for 7 years or more. 2)Bank Fixed deposits. 3)Normal bank savings account. 4)Bank Recurring deposits. 5)Systematic Investment plan - SIP - flexible, give good returns also in longer term. For longer term, shares and mutual funds are also good, for 5 years or more.
