one has to say anything should say Directly on my lot?or what you say?

well amazing thing is this some friends after reading the discussions generalize it on the my lot, acknowledge it openly, rather then adressing it directly to the person to whom it has been said,as the persons being pin pointed are not naive who will not understand!i think its more healthier way to tell the person directly,as this community is the most beautifull community where people really cares for the other person emotions!and if one pin points the other i have seen the other takes in the positive spirit!and one should be!what do you say?i think if ones directly corrects the other,may be by mode of adding as a friend to the other, and then send a message for ones mistakes!well what all of you suggest??in this direction?
