How to get skunk smell off of dog?

He got sprayed Monday night. We've tried everything. Tomato Juice Baking Soda/Peroxide Nature's Miracle Skunk Odor Remover (from pet store) Some of them helped, but he still smells awful. I think a big part of the problem is a lot of it is close to his eye (it like JUST missed it), and the Nature's Miracle Stuff and the Peroxide can't accidentally get in his eye. Any suggestions? What has worked for yall?

Nothing is going to 100% work. There's going to be some smell left for quite a while. Keep giving him regular baths & eventually it will fade. Nature didn't intend for that stuff to come off.

What we use is dousche, vingar and water, this works best for us but only time will bring about complete removal of that terrible smell. Around his face you can put vaseline about his eyes then take a wash cloth full of the dousche and wash his face. It takes two people to do this safely. If he has a collar on you will have to get a new one, you'll never get the smell out of that one. Will he learn his lesson? Often they don't, dogs live in the moment and don't associate the smell as a result of their actions. Good Luck.
