Incomeweb a scam?

Ive seen many people promoting the site called incomeweb and I am wondering is it any good? Ive heard its really easy to earn with the site and just sounds to good to be true. Anyone use this site? How do you earn with it? And the most important question is ofcorse has anyone gotten paid by this site? Thanks mylotters

This is one of the many red flags: There are reported payments for 2009, but domain name was registered in Feb 2010. Beware, you might be looking at a potential scam.
