It is said that we can more easily recognize logos than we can even recognize plants, so let's put it to test, without the use of google, off the tops of your heads, do this. But, the one rule - don't repeat one another on either part. 1. Name or describe five logos or catch phrases or slogans or taglines of a company and which company. 2. Name five plants. I will go first, but I will caution you - my plant naming will suck. Like I will put "flower", and think that's good enough. Okay, for starters - the logos/catchphrases. 1. The golden arches - Mcy-D's. 2. "A family company" - Johnson 3. That swoopey doohickey and the slogan "Just do it" - Nike 4. "Kid tested, mother approved" - Kix cereal (an old time ad that stuck with me) 5. "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face" - Carl's Jr. And, now, on to the plants (no laughing at me). 1. Tulip 2. Oak tree 3. Maple tree 4. Dandelion 5. Hemp

Ladybug, yes I actually have eaten cactus candy. It was way too sweet for me but the kids loved it. I believe it was called prickly pear candy, don't quote me on that though I'm getting old.

It's a special climbing rose. It blooms only once a year, about now in California. The roses are the most beautiful sunshine yellow. It's very tough and hardy. Best of all, the vines have no thorns. None.

McDonalds has now joined Ford and Charmin in their tie. I can actually here the band-aid song in my head. Ooh - and I love honeysuckle - we used to eat it right off the tree when I was a child.

There is a jingle that is stuck in my mind right now, and I can't figure out the words, but I only know the sound of it, and it is torture, and I actually long to hear the commercial to finally put it to rest. Aloe Vera is on another commenters list, and I also failed to mention that cactus was kind of mentioned twice in two other people's lists. So, Ford and Charmin are in the lead for companies, and Aloe Vera and Cactus in the lead for plants.
