Does anyone know anything about pay per click rates?

i know rap blogs that work well... it s true rappers don t usually are the greatest fans of blogs :) Fitness ones... i wouldn t ... too many.

1 and a half to 2 months old i've done everything from paying clixsense for traffic to attracting traffic. my blog gets atleast 150 impressions a day from people other than me

But if you want to earn with your blog, people are probably most interested in something unique, like failblog. I don't mean you'd have to do something similar, absolutely no. But unique stuff will be probably something that draws people's attention. Just write about something you're interested in, but add something unique to it. For example combining the rap blog and failblog, post videos or pics about some rapper fails :D Most people never get rich with blogs but the consept has been proven to work so it'll probably work a bit better than something that hasn't worked for anyone. You'd need to have lots of luck to get rich with your blog, so don't worry about having to be a millionaire :D

I'm just trying to maintain and make friends with like minded people how about you
