How does myLot rankings work?

I would like to be able to post smileys and stuff but I am getting an error message that I need to have a ranking of 200 to do that. I thought at first that it meant for me to post 200 posts but I think it means different now. Now does this mean that only 200 people can post with emoticons?

Close MyLot, clear your cache, open MyLot and try again. Your User Rating is over 200 so you should now be able to access the MyLot Code for emoticons.

No, no, no, no... You will have to have 200 posts for qualifying to posting emoticons. Maybe it's your browser... I don't knwo, but maybe you should start up your browser again...
