how to transfer from paypal to paypal?

Well PayPal & Govt. of India has collaboratively made several change to the PayPal system for India . 1. Indians now cannot send or receive Personal payments . 2. Only verified accounts will be able to withdraw funds to bank Accounts. 3. You can Verify your PayPal account through Bank Account now [GOOD FEATURE]No need of Credit Card verification . 4. For Withdrawals a Purpose code is necessary which you can find while withdrawing through the drop down menu. 5. PAN is to be provided to update the account. 6. Payment received for services sold should now be withdrawn to Bank within 30 days of the payment received. 7. The funds received for services or goods sold cannot be used for making purchases at websites offering PayPal as an option. 8. For purchases funds will have to be added to PayPal account through Credit card. If you have more than 1 PayPal account and you want to transfer money from one account to another use services as an option and transfer the money to your main PayPal account & one advice would be to use only one PayPal account now otherwise you could land into trouble as more than 1 account is against the TOS of PayPal.

I don't think there are any charges, but in India it might be different. As for going to one account to another, there is a link that says "send money" and it will ask you the e-mail address and the amount you want to send.

well if you ahve another paypal account with an emailall you do is go to send money and send it to your other paypal, basically type in your email address and there you go.
