Where the heck is everyone?

I'm not sure where everybody is but for me the weekends are extremely busy. Usually we spend all saturday getting groceries and sunday we have church.

Hi 34momma, Weekends was the quite time for myLot since I joint here. I think everybody got busy with their offline life. This might be the time they spend their time with their family and do some outing like go to beach or champing or anything like that. There also a lot of us usually only be able to get only during office hours because we did not have our own internet connection at home. So, it would be impossible to log-in during weekends unless we do some over time works or go to cyber cafe to log-in. Usually I would look into older discussion during weekends if I want to give some response. I just go to the interest that I like and pick one discussion and look at the similar discussion on the right side of it. ------------------------ Or I would started a new discussion and hope when everybody go back to their "normal" myLot life, they can give their response.

I have not had time to be here most of the weekend, just a few minutes here and there. Have been trying to get things done that have been put off.

I should've been mylotting more this weekend but haven't been really. I guess everyone is out shopping or resting. I've been busy on other sites, and just spending time with my husband who has the weekend off.

I have no idea where everyone is. But I do agree that things have been kind of slow around here lately. Or maybe that's just me coming at odd hours. As for me, I haven't had time to come on. I was working double shifts for the last three days so I hardly had any time for any online activity. Things should start picking up soon though as the end of the month draws near.

Well, I think they are busy spending time with their families and maybe took a short vacation. Maybe there are some who's busy with their online stuffs..

hi 34momma wellI am here as I am retired with lots of empty time and little money so I maylot a lot specially on the weekend.I abide in a tiresome retirement as we were evicted when my son lost his job and we got behind on the rent, so I landed here in Gold Crest and my son ina gov. sponsored apt so he can look for work. he comes to see me every week as he is only a couple of miles away. so thats why I love to mylot as I do so enjoy all my friends discussions and being here and partaking of so much, I do notknow how great I am but I am on here a lot, and have made a lot of mylot friends from all over the globe and love that fact so much. I do a lot more responding than I do discussions so I do have time to comment back to all my friends.Its not fair I think to not comment back when all give their time and effort to respond to my discussions. hugs from hatley.

I don't know about everyone else, but I had to work on Saturday & I spent Sunday with my family. PLUS, the weather was sooooo freaking BEAUTIFUL here, I just had to sit outside & ENJOY it while it lasts!!! After an unusually cold Winter for this part of the country & an iffy Spring, I am THRILLED to have the warm & cozy days we've been experiencing. I know the cold won't be back for almost 6 months. However, we have been experiencing some rather unusually stormy weather now also. I was BLESSED to survive unscathed some tornadoes this past Thursday & am experiencing a deep thankfulness for ALL the things that I have & also the things I have NOT had to experience!!! I have found it very peaceful to sit out in my yard & enjoy listening to the birds singing, watching the squirrels play & watching my dogs try to catch the squirrels. There are 2 squirrels in particular that intrigue me. They come across the fence in my yard & taunt my dogs. Of course the dogs take off after them & the hit the fence only to stop on the other side just to laugh at the dogs. Their other game is to come inside my fence only to taunt the dogs & then run for the fence & scurrying up the tree just on the other side, running out on one of the bottom limbs which swags down just over the dogs' heads. Then they pump so the limb goes up in the air & back down teasing the dog unmercifully. I sooooo enjoy watching the squirrels working together to torture my dogs & my dogs working together to entertain the squirrels. I dread the day the squirrels screw up & get close enough for the dogs to get them...I know there will be NOTHING I can do to stop it. Until that day gets here, I'm going to enjoy nature at its FINEST!!!

I know this weekend on mylot it has been very strange for me too. Not alot of people on. Not alot of interesting discussions at all. I can't seem to find any to reply to. Plus I'm still not getting notifications in my email so I don't know what is going on. It's getting quite discouraging.

Ahhhh. I was hoping to do mylot this weekend, but this moving thing is really exhausting. We were taking furnitures in and out of the new apartment, and got a surprise guest, so we had to clean like crazy for a couple of hours before they arrive. Hahaha. I guess I was too exhausted and just fell asleep and forgot about mylot. LOL. I sure hope I get to be active again here, it's just that the internet connection really sucks and it's really testing my patience. Argh.

I was here during weekends although i'm not that fond of starting discussions. I only like to participate in them.

I been in mylot every day too. But theirs always a new one. In fact. I don't have a time to response to my previous threads because right now I'm just opening on thread after another and making some comments in their.

Weekends is my day off in mylot. I only do the mylot thing during my work hours because our internet connection at home is not that fast compare in my office. Sometimes I would end up getting angry with our connection because its too slow, then I decided to make my weekend off from mylot.

i also noticed the same here my friend. i also wonder what happened to those great old time members who seem to be very quiet this time. well, as for me, i still have other things to do within the site while waiting for new topics to get posted, like resolving my unresolved discussions. anyway, the day has just started and so i guess, within a few hours, they will come on here to greet us a good day.

Friday was holiday here in the Philippines. Probably, the Filipino mylotters have gone to spend a long holday by the beach in continuity to the Easter celebration. And maybe, there was a big sale on one of the thrift shops/groceries. Heheh!
