sites similar to mturk? / myLot

Hi friends mturk is one of the best best which pays for short tasks. But it is in favor of American people only.Where as all the other members can get only amazon gifts which is less use. Are there any sites similar to mturk? But I would like to know only genuine sites which pays. As far as I know microworkers is one site of that kind.Please let me know the information regarding other sites that pays for doing small tasks.

I know of a site where you can get paid by the hour and you are guaranteed to be paid for the hours that you actually work. You can check my profile for more information and proof that it pays.

I use a couple of other sites that are similar to Microworkers called Minuteworkers and Mymicrojob. I haven't been paid by either yet, but they look promising so far. I like all the competition in the tasks business...I just wish the sites would strive to be more original and not copy one another!
