PayPal to Globe G-Cash? Help, anyone?

To all Filipino myLot users, do you guys know where I can convert (or exchange) my PayPal funds to G-cash?
Because I bought $11 worth of stuff on eBay.ph, and the seller is charging me around $3 or around P130 for the shipping and PayPal withdrawal charges. The shipping is only P50, so the PayPal fees he's charging me is really huge (because of the P50 withdrawal fee and P150 BPI remittance fee, according to him). So I think it would be better if I pay him through G-cash, but I currently don't have funds on my G-Cash account, and if I go to the mall just to cash-in some funds, I should have just bought the stuff at the store, right? So, yea.
Can anyone help me? Maybe someone can send me G-cash and I'll pay through PayPal (i'm not a scammer :P and, I can give you P20 or something in exchange. I just need G-cash funds badly).
Or maybe someone knows how I can just load my G-cash account from PayPal?
Please help, anyone?

i honestly don't think that is possible. why don't you just load your gcash on globe centers if you want to pay her in gcash and just use your paypal when paying for other stuffs over the internet... unless you would be able to find someone who can fund your gcash and needs paypal money... that you will be lucky - otherwise its kind of a huge work for your $11
