Do you like enchiladas?

What kind of enchiladas do you like ? Green ? Red ? or Just mole? I love all kind of enchiladas , but i can't eat mole , the "real enchiladas" i can't is very very heavy the mole for my stomach , i really love the green enchiladas with pollo and onions covering all my enchiladas. Enchiladas Suizas are very delicious with cheese , covered of cheese , in microwave.

I really enjoy red enchiladas! I enjoy any mexican food because it is covered in salsa, guacamole and cheese. I can also eat mole. It's very tasty.

Hi, lexx87. I have eaten enchiladas that are yellow. I have eaten some that were out of the frozen package. They were okay. I would like to try the homemade enchiladas though.

i don't the enchiladas you are talking about lol not heard of red or green or i know of is chicken.....chicken in a tomato and onion sauce with a spice in wraps, all rolled up in a baking oven with cheese on top, just how we do it in the uk

I know my dear haha, in England has a really weird way to cook enchiladas , the difference the real enchiladas from Mexico are different kind of chilli, :) . In leeds i showed all my friend how we eat the real enchiladas :) x

Hi lexx, I love all kind of enchiladas. And I can even eat mole at night providing it´s a small quantity. What I dont like much is using the microwave oven. I prefer to do all my cooking in a regular oven or range. Take care!

Regular oven is much better , but the enchiladas suizas just use it for the cheese :) I really like all kind of enchiladas :)

I've just eaten Enchilada 2 days ago. I'm not sure what kind of enchilada was that but it's made of red egg, white cheese, kangkong (a leafy vegetable) -- very Filipino like :) I love it.

I like green and red enchiladas and chicken, beef or pork in them. I don't know how to cook them so we just order them from the Mexican restaurants. I have never had mole.

my favorite and only item I order when eating at a mexican resteraunt is cheese enchilladas covered with cheese sauce no chili.
