are you taking care of you? how do you take care of yourself. since then i never drink any alcohol and never smoke cigars. in that way i can say that i am taking care of me. i do have some bad habits that i drink a lot of cola before and coffee, but i can say now i take everything in moderation, and because of my wife i take a lot of variety of juices and smoothies.

I basically do what makes me happy and I avoid stress. Mental, emotional, physical - any kind of stress. I also have my own share of bad habits (like being addicted to coke zero) but it isn't that bad yet. It hasn't come to the point that it's imposing any risk on my health. I drink coke zero everyday but in moderation (1 small bottle, 8 oz.). Oh, actually not everyday - more like every other day or 2 days or so.

that is one good thing you can do. make yourself happy. be contented on what you have at present so you wont get stress. thats a good way on taking care of yourself. in a hot weather like we are having we can not say no to a cold bottle of cola har har har. but of course cold tea and fruit shakes are more refreshing. thanks a lot for the response

Yes, I like the idea of looking after myself properly afterall, no one else is going to do it for you! I don't drink or smoke so these are two healthy choices that I have adopted and have stuck by them over the years! I try to exercise on a regular basis as well and I have several pieces of home exercise equipment in my living room! I drink lots of tea as this is my favourite drink but I'm not sure that this is all that healthy. I don't like coffee. I occasionally go for fruit juice but these can be quite expensive so I only go for them every now and then. I think that I'm living a healthy life, to the best of my ability anyhow! Andrew

i try to live a healthy life as well. but sometimes my likeness of cola gets in the way. har har har. and i stick to drinking 2 cups of coffee a day for that is what nutritionist say. that coffee can be taken 2 cups max. so i get one in the morning and get one in the afternoon or evening. tea is good but i guess i is also like coffee that you need to drink on moderation. i used to go to the gym but now that my four year old son is very energetic playing with him is like going at the gym har har har. thanks a lot for the response.

You mean your wife is taking good care of you.......
Actually your discussion is very important. We all must take care of ourselves, and this we have to do not only for our sake but even more for sake of our loved ones, who have to take care of us when are not well. You must have noticed that if one person is sick in the family, then whole family routine is disturbed. The sick person is in trouble, but the people taking care of this sick person are in double trouble as they have to do their route work and at the same time look after you. So if you don't want to be burden on your loved ones , please take care of yourself.

I take care of myself by keeping myself clean and clear of blemish and dirt. I do my best to pamper myself on paydays and other special dates. I do drink but not too much - only social drinking - which is also good because you tend to enjoy yourself with good people's company. I don't smoke though, I just find that it kills cells and causes one to be ugly. I laugh more than I cry, and I keep myself healthy and happy full of love.
Though there are times in my life when I could be sad. I keep myself healthy knowing that I could surpass all the troubles I have. Keeping positive is the best thing to do.

I try to take care of myself but I do need to do a better job at it. I eat a lot of fruit and try to have veggies everyday. I also get a lot of exercise with my job. The main thing right now has been trying to get enough rest. I have been working seven days a week on top of school and of course the children.

yes you need t at least have 8 hours of sleep so your body can be fully charge. it can be stressful to work and to be with children without getting stress, so you need to have comfort foods as well. take good care of yourself and your family to jen. thanks a lot for the response

yes I've been trying to take care of myself lately. It's a bit hard considering everything that occupies my day. I have to literally remind myself to set aside time for myself. I try to excercise at least an hour a day, I drink plenty of water, I also make sure I sleep well.
