Well liorohu, can I know what is you requirements, I can even recommend you some free ones, however it might want to have some requirement so it would not be fair if I give you the cheapest and you cannot use for your purpose.

I have an domain name and so i need a hostage to host my domain. Currently i am redirected or forwarded my domain to one of my blogger.

Ok so what kind of program would you like to use? like if you want to have wordpress or buddypress for some forum. I do have two you can check it out. however what is your budget?
