How can you boost your energy levels naturally?

You will all agree with me that it's hard to live life to the fullest when your energy levels are low. Your energy level has a dramatic impact on your day-to-day quality of life. It affects your ability to enjoy your work, exercise, and recreation and all that life has to offer. Energy and vitality help you to keep going longer, perform better, exercise more vigorously and fit a whole lot more into your day. What would you personally do in order to boost your energy levels?

Well make sure you get plenty of sleep, make sure you are not worrying or stressed. Drink lots of water and cut down on coffee also make sure your eating plenty of fresh meals.

You need to keep hydrated but also replenish salts and sugars. When we go for a long run,we carry orange squash with a little pinch of salt mixed into it and that really does help when you start to flag. After exercise,you need to eat something with protein in ideally to help rebuild muscle. The day before vigorous exercise,its a good idea to make sure you have plenty of carbs ,something like pasta is good to build up your stocks of energy.
