Do you think that it is really a good sign? There is an El Nino in our country (Philippines) right now, and it's really freaking hot and we are now having problems on water supplies. I have read a blog that indicates (El Nino is coming to an end soon) I don't know if that is really a good sigh but i really hope so... Some pictures and also a video where included at the blog. Anyway i think a simple rain is a start of the end on El Nino. I am praying for that. Lots of people already died cause of heat stroke and lots have some skin diseases and other illnesses as well. Here is the link, if you want to see the blog, i think the photos and the videos was taken earlier this day only. http://intellectualopinions.blogspot.com/2010/04/signs-of-el-nino-is-ending-philippines.html

Hi. Here in Silang, Cavite we are currently experiencing climate changes. For a time it's a bit cloudy then it rains and then it becomes hot again...I don't know if its a good sign but if this goes on...I believe many could still get sick due to this weather condition... I hope El Nino ends sooner than we know...

philippines is always been hot, el nino is a natural phenomenon but was further aggravated by global warming which is serious threat to the planet we live in, if leaders will not stand to resolved and create preventive measures, then doomsday will be of our making.

what we can do now is to pray that this will end very soon. it is really a big problem especially in the luzon area. here in cebu, at least in the southern part, i can say that we have no problem with waters. the irrigation system still works and they still have enough waters to water the fields. i also witnessed the harvesting of rice (palay) when i came to the place 2 weeks ago.

It rained yesterday so i guess that must be a sign that el nino is going to exit soon. I just hope that there will be more rain so our farmers who were hit badly by the drought can rise up again ans start planting soon.

You're right. It's freakin' hot here. Well, at least it cools down during the evening. It gets pretty irritating when You're trying to rest during the afternoon after work. It's like you can't catch a break.
