Is it really true about life after death? Are we capable of knowing that kind of other reality?

I have a hopeful belief in Reincarnation. I would like it to be as a random animal though.

We are not capable of knowing it. But we must have faith. Like God we don't know if he is real or not. but we must believe in Him.

Yes. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life".
