HI, I used to post one discussion about Loan Modification before... how Chase denied my Loan Modification. Now they end me up with some behind payments... collection department call me almost every day and asked me to pay for over due balance which I just paid them like $6000 last week. I still have more to go... however, they asked me to reapply for Loan Modification again and go through the same painful system one more time. Then I went online to search for some good result about this but I saw many many people said they also got the same message I got... not even the second tried. My question is, Should I reapply for Loan Modification again or not?. Also, I read one of this article said, he is working at lost mitigation dept and they trained him to give homeowners any reason possible to tell homeowner that you don’t qualify. I heard they said, If I hired a professional then it might work but how if I hired professional and Chase still denied my loan. I want some idea or anyone give me some idea about this.

you might want to wait at least a month before you think about it.. i think it takes a bit for a payment to show on credit.

Wait for a month? wow, that is long for me to do... For Mortgage won't take long to show late on your credit file. I just check it and it just report it couple days ago. Once you late 30 period of each month then it will report it right the way... no way. They already screwed me up on my credit score but the thing that I have to do is to save my home. When I first got it, I put down everything I got and plus I paid down like 20% ($140,000) to my home.... so I have to make sure I have it. lolz... It is hard these days cuz of my husband's job is completely down and now he is reaching for another career and hope it will work out for him well. I work hard everyday and save as much as I can. I hate this country... everything money money money...

I am not a financial expert by any means and my advice to you would be to find one before you sign up for the same thing again or pay anymore money. In my country I’m sure we have financial advisors that are free and get paid by the financial institution they obtain business for. Get advice...

HI, I did speak to some adviser but they the way they wanted me to do is something that I didn't expect. Let say, I have credit card payments, cars payments and household expenses... this person wanted me to stop paying Car payments and Credit Cards payment for a while until my Loan Modification gets approve and then catch them back later... lolz... so, how if they turn me down again then what happen to my cars and my credit cards? then I have to mess everything up all over again? and it could be worst. that doesn't make any sense to me .... well, I think I just reapply again but I have to make some extra payment toward to my house payment... and cut down all my expense as possible. Thanks for the comments, I really need someone to talk to me or tell me what they think now. Thanks again

smileonstar hi I would talk to a lawyer with whom you have faith and see what heor she could tell you about this loan modification thing rather than jus going through it all again with no help. See if the lawyer thinks it would profit you to hire a professional. or if you have a friend in the banking, savings, and loan department talk to him or her first andget some input. Lets see Chase bought out Washington Mutual as I understand it. that was a really great bank but I have no idea what kind of bank Chase is outside of its a big institution.

Yes, It is a good idea to talk to someone is professional right? Chase is really tricky and everything just by Rules and Rules .... stupid Rules
