Im not a angry person but I do get pretty ticked off easily. And if you leave me alone for a seond Ill drop it and move on with my life. But then people are always saying calm down as just a whatever thing when im not even doing anything out of the ordinary or outragious. Do you ever get told this? Because whenever I do I go crazy and off the charts. It just pisses me off more.

It happens to me a lot and people even ask me if something is wrong if there isn't. Though, I only get annoyed, I don't go off the deep end on it. I just have to remember that they're just saying that because they're concerned, nothing more, nothing less. If I think there's more to it, well, that's the source of it all, isn't it?

I could relate. Yes, some people or let's say most of the people are simply insensitive to the feelings of others. They perceive anger or being upset/pissed off that is something bad. It's just the same as being completely quiet but upset inside. As for me being pissed off is one of the normal reactions for humans, however or whatever form we express that mood, it's still the right of every individual to express how or what he/she feels. And some people, would like to play the heroism role.."ohhh please calm down, I am here for you". But they didn't know they're not helping at all. They don't give a chance to the person's emotions subsides on its own. I hope everybody would learn to give freedom to everybody express his/her feelings as long as his/her expressions wouldn't harm anybody at all. And expressing feelings will get one healthier than keeping them inside.
