A long wait for free lunch ! - Would you ?

In my country - India, children studying in government school across the nation are given free lunch. But it is long wait by those hungry children. Many times the arrival of lunch is delayed by more than 1 hour. Would you wait for more than 1 hour for a plate of free meal ?

If possible I would be the first in line to receive the lunch. However those days I stayed near the back row of our classroom. I had no choice but to wait and be patient. The advantage is that, the last to receive the last to get hungry.

well, I still remember that time, when i was at school and every day we got some free sandwiches and soft drinks from the government, and I waited for it every day, just because it was really delicious and it was free. who will reject some free food

..hi.. well, if I have no choice, then I have to wait.. but if I can do something like bring something to munch while waiting for the lunch to arrive, then I'll do it.. of course, if I have something to eat, why would I wait that long instead of eating something for lunch and if the food will arrive, I'll keep it for supper..
